Our current products are dispatched from China. The delivery estimates below apply to this international shipping route.
Discreet packaging
Orders are prepared with plain outer packaging that does not identify the contents as adult products. Required shipping labels and customs declarations must still contain accurate information.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
We usually dispatch orders within 2 days after payment is confirmed. Payment is checked manually for orders paid through our PayPal payment link. For US destinations, transit usually takes 5–9 days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; carrier disruptions and customs processing can cause delays.

Where we ship
We offer worldwide shipping to destinations supported by our carriers and permitted by applicable laws. Availability is confirmed at checkout. Standard shipping is free for orders to destinations we can serve.
International orders
For US deliveries, import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees are covered. You will not be asked to pay additional import charges to receive your order. If a carrier requests an import payment, contact support before paying so we can resolve it.
For destinations outside the United States, please contact support before ordering to confirm the import-charge arrangements. Customs processing may delay delivery.
Address details and delivery help
Check your address carefully before ordering. If you notice a mistake, contact support as soon as possible with your order number. An address change may not be possible after dispatch. Orders returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address may require a reshipping fee.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact support with your order number so we can investigate.
Restricted destinations
We may refuse, cancel or refund orders to locations where products cannot be shipped reliably or lawfully.
