Orders are prepared with discreet external packaging. The outside of the package should not identify the contents as adult products.

Shipping area

At launch setup, Intimacy Warehouse is configured to sell and ship within the United States only.

Carrier and delivery

Carrier availability, delivery estimates, and shipping rates may vary by address, product type, and order size. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to reshipping fees.

Restricted locations

We may refuse, cancel, or refund orders to locations where products cannot be shipped reliably, lawfully, or safely.
